Mimico Creek Bypass - City of Toronto
Designed and managed a creek bypass, along with cofferdam design, safety and redundancy plans. System was designed with a peak flow rate of 15,858 USgpm.
My experience includes complete planning, management and decommissioning of the pumping, pressure relief system, fused HDPE piping, safety and spill response plan and an automated alarm system.
Gordan Ross Dam Bypass and Micro-tunneling - Ward and Burke
Designed and managed a bypass staged downstream Gordam Ross Dam for micro-tunneling. Design includes consideration average and peak flow rates, alarm systems, pump efficiency and pipe design. System was designed with a peak flow rate of 3,500 USgpm.

Wilson Creek Dewatering / Bypass
Designed and managed a creek bypass and de-watering project covering a peak flow of 1,500 USgpm. Design includes consideration for average and peak flow rates, alarm systems, pump efficiency and pipe design.

OPG Darlington - Nuclear Power Plant Critical Pumping and Contingency Plan
Designed and implemented a complex critical pumping system for the OPG Darlington Nuclear power plant. The system compromised of an external compressor running venturis on the pump priming system, pressure relief valves, return lines and alarm systems to alert in case of pump failure, loss of prime and loss of pressure on discharge.

The contractor (Black and McDonald) was extremely pleased with my plan and design and awarded the next contract to our company immediately after decommissioning.
