Designed and implemented a complex emergency pumping system for the OPG Darlington Nuclear power plant. The system compromised of an external compressor running venturis on the pump priming system, pressure relief valves, return lines and alarm systems to alert in case of pump failure, loss of prime and loss of pressure on discharge.

The contractor (Black and McDonald) was extremely pleased with my plan and design and awarded the next contract to our company immediately after decommissioning.
